1. Visit your nearest Cooperative Society/Bank. Express your interest for becoming a member of the scheme.

          Submit the following required documents:

1. Your active mobile number.
2. Copy of the ration card.
3. Aadhaar card of each of the member.
4. Two passport size photographs of each of the member.
5. Copy of caste certificate with RD number for each member of Scheduled Caste/Tribe family.
6. Prescribed annual membership subscription to be paid (No fees to be paid by SC/ST persons).
