Yeshasvini scheme provides the treatment mainly for cardiac diseases, ENT, intestinal diseases, nerve related diseases, ophthalmology diseases, orthopedic diseases, women related diseases and so on will be provided in identified Yeshasvini network hospitals of the State.
Members can avail 1650 notified different treatment procedures and 478 ICUs totaling to 2128 procedures as covered under the Ayushman Bharath Arogya Karnataka scheme.
Yeshasvini members are eligible to take treatment facility in General Ward only. If the patients voluntarily opts for higher ward, sharing 2 or 3 bed - 15% extra in the treatement cost and in case of private room or single bed, 25% extra in the treatement cost is to be paid by the patient to get higher ward facility. Additional amount has to be paid by the patients only. The treatment facility provided in the network hospital under Yeshasvini scheme includes medicine cost, hospital expenses, surgery cost, operation theater rent, anesthetist fee, surgeon fee, consultant fee, bed charge, nurse fee etc.
Yeshasvini scheme includes the cost of implants where implants are required in the package. (Ex. Knee replacement, lence in cataract surgery) If the beneficiary voluntarily agrees to receive higher Implants or lence, the additional difference amount for higher Implants and lence shall be paid by such beneficiary and receive treatment.
A maximum of Rs.200/- (for a period of three months) for out-patient treatment (OPD) for Yeshasvini members in network hospitals has been fixed. Out of this Rs.100/- will be paid by the Yeshasvini trust.
